Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair met Stephen at the Wilmington Home and Garden Show. Stephen had concerns about high moisture levels in his crawl space since he was experiencing the classic signs of falling insulation and a mold smell. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Stephen to go over the best possible solution for his home. A crew led by Larry Eldridge did a full CleanSpace Encapsulation of the crawl space which included a 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. Stephen is happy with the out come of the crawl space and how great it looks.

Randy called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing research on the internet about standing water on his black plastic vapor barrier. The owner of SEFR Chris Hunter met with Randy to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System that would replace his current black plastic vapor barrier. A crew led by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System under the home, which included EZ Flow, 10 mil liner, Drainage Matting, SuperSump, and a SaniDry CX dehumidifier. Randy is extremely happy with the results that SEFR produced with the CleanSpace System.

Mr. H called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because on of his rental homes was starting to have settlement issues in the right front of the home. 

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Mr. H to look over the home. Mr. Johnson found that the home had settled and that Mr. H needed 3 Smart Jacks in order to fix the problem. Mr. H is now happy with the results. 

Cleanspace and Smart Jacks

The Rand Family contacted our office with concerns of interior sheetrock cracks and also unlevel floors. Upon our inspection we advised of pier settlement under the home and also water issues in the crawlspace. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 18 smart jacks, 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier, sump pump with exterior drainage, removed moldy fiberglass insulation and a dehumidifier. Home owners are very relieved that the floors and sheetrock cracks on the inside of the home have been resolved and that their beautiful home at the beach can be used for a vey long time in the future without any worries.
