Greg contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, because his neighbor had his crawl space encapsulated and he liked the work that SEFR did.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Glenn, to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon inspection, Glenn proposed having an encapsulation would be the best solution for their home.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by removing all insulation and debris, then they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Quigless saw one of our company vehicles in her neighborhood, and decided to contact Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with interest in having her crawl space encapsulated.

Larry, one of our design specialists, went out to the home and inspected the crawl space. After the inspection, Larry proposed to encapsulate and also went over what exactly having an encapsulation will help improve. Quigless was excited and ready to have the project done.

Maryanna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with high moisture in the crawl space of her Raleigh, NC home. The home showed signs of moisture and high humidity such as falling insulation and obvious signs of a damp ground. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Inspector Larry met with Maryanna to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her issues. Maryanna's problems stemmed from high humidity content in the crawl space that caused high moisture and sweating ducts in the crawl space of the home. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to block moisture from entering the crawl space of the home and by lowering the humidity in the crawl space with the help of the Sedona Dehumidifier System. Maryanna is happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home for many years to come.

I believe my foundation is good, but some of the pillars may have sunk a little. The biggest issue seems to be that the floor joists are sagging. This is especially true down the middle of the house length wise. While this has been happening for some time, I believe the new roof I had put on last year has made it worse. It's a heavier architectural roof. My crawlspace used to be wet, but I have it sealed now with a dehumidifier keeping it at about 50% humidity. House was built in 1995. Height in the crawlspace is about 4-5 feet. You were recommended to me by a co-worker who had you level his house. I prefer you come Monday, Saturday, or an evening to look at the situation. You can work Monday - Saturday, but I would like to be present to talk to you when you have looked at it. Let me know if you have questions I didn't answer.
