The Arnold residence was having unlevel flooring issues on the inside of their home. Upon our inspection we advised the home owner that their flooring issues were stimming from abundant wood issues coming from high moisture in the crawlspace.  Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 15 smart jacks under the flooring system of the home for extra support, replaced rotten wood, and also installed a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system with dehumidifier so the home owner would no longer have to worry with water and moisture in the crawlspace. The Arnold's were very pleased with the results and the warranty that would cover them for the future. 

The Jackson family contacted our office with concerns of high humidity in their basement. Upon inspection humidity readings in th basement were over 40%. No water penetration was found. Mr. Anthony Futrell installed a Sani Dry Dehumidifier with exterior drain line to help keep humidity low in the basement. Home owner is pleased and likes the fact that they can now enjoy their basement without having to run fans to keep cool. 

Mr. Kormanik contacted our office with concerns of sinking floors on the inside of his home. Inspector Patrick Hannigan performed a complete foundation and crawlspace inspection for the home owner. He advised that flooring issues were coming from pier settlement under the home. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation repair crew installed smart jacks in the crawlspace of the home where the flooring issue was located. Mr. Kormanik is pleased with the results and more impressed with the lifetime transferrable warranty that he received. 

Ms. Swank contacted our office requesting an estmate for crawlspace cleaning and a vapor barrier system. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with the home owner and completed a full crawlspace inspection. He advised Ms. Swank that she was dealing with heavy mold accumulation and also moisture issues. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed for the home owner a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including liner, sani dry dehumidifier, silver glo insulation, drainage matting, new crawlspace door, debris removal and also completed mold remediation. She is very happy with the results and had no idea that her crawlspace was in that bad of shape. Happy Homeowner!

Mr. Patrick Hannigan completed a full crawlspace inspection and advised of high moisture and humidity readings under the home. Our cleanspace crew ran by Mr. Ricky Warren installed a cleanspace vapor barrier system including 10 mil liner, sealing all air vents, sani dry dehumidifier and a new crawlspace door. Mr. Thaxton is very thankful that we were able to assist in his crawlspace repairs and also enjoying his new usable crawlspace for storage. 

Homeowner in New Bern had her crawl space encapsulated by Southeast in 2019 and then had her concrete driveway repaired in 2022.
