Dean L. of North Carolina stopped by Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repairs office because he was having flooring issues in his home. While in our office we set him up with a free home inspection with Josh Speckhart. Mr. Speckhart advised Mr. Dean L. that the best solution would be to have Anthony Futrell and his crew come out and install smart jacks with supplemental beams to support his flooring system. Emma K. Contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because her mothers home multiple flooring issues. Inspector Randy Johnson went out completed a free inspection. Soon after Anthony Futrell and his crew went out and installed smart jacks and supplemental beams to correct the flooring issues in the home. Mr. Byrd contacted our office with concerns of moisture and water issues in the crawlspace of his historic home. Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Byrd and completed a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and advised had standing water and high moisture readings. Our cleanspace crew headed by Mr. Ricky Warren installed a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including wrapping piers, drainage matting, sealing air vents, custom door, sani dry dehumidifier and ez flow around the perimeter of the crawlspace with sump pump.
