Ruth contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after having her termite inspector recommend that she should replace the vapor barrier under the home along with adding a dehumidifier due to high moisture levels. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Ruth to go over the crawl space of the home. Justin found that even though the crawl space had an old vapor barrier installed the crawl space was not sealed that was causing problems with high humidity and standing water on one side of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting along with SilverGlo, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Ruth is thrilled with the condition of her crawl space after Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
