William contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about water seeping into the crawl space of the home from the block and brick foundation. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Randy Johnson met with William to go over the crawl space of the home. Randy found that indeed the water was seeping though the walls and that the best solution to fix the crawl space would be to install SmartPipe and a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The SmartPipe System is designed to capture the water before it enters the crawl space of the home and the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System reduces moisture and humidity by sealing the area with a super durable polyethylene composition, polyester cord reinforcement liner. William is happy with the outcome of the work completed by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home from water and moisture.
