Waterproofing in Troy

Home owner called and stated that they had water coming through the walls. Patrick Hannigan one of our inspectors went out and told the homeowner that they needed a super sump, water guard and a lawnscape outlet to fix the problem. Anthony and his crew went out and installed the materials and the owner was very happy.

Fixing a Sinking Foundation with Push Piers in Ether, NC

Hannah contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair worried about cracks she was experiencing on the interior and exterior walls of the home.

We were able to assist Hannah in fixing the Foundation of her home by installing the Push Pier System around the foundation. The Push Pier System are made of steel and are driven deep into the ground to bedrock or another stable soil layer. The Push Pier System can be installed from the exterior or interior of the home and is a perfect opportunity to lift the home back to its original position.
