Daniele of Wilmington, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with concerns to a safety hazard of sunken concrete along her walk way to the home. Southeast's Inspector Randy Johnson met with Daniele to look over the hazard and found that we could help make the walk way safe again with our PolyLevel System. The crew, led by George Herring, was able to raise the concrete to become level and sit flush to eliminate the safety hazard. Mrs. Daniele is happy to have a level concrete with her tripping hazard gone.

Hank called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our commercials on the television about our crawl space encapsulation system. Hank had a crawl space that had a thin plastic vapor barrier that over the years had become ripped and no longer served the purpose of helping to keep his crawl space dry. Southeast's inspector Randy Johnson met with Hank to go over the best solution for keeping his crawl space dry. The crew, led by Larry Eldridge, installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, a Sanidry CX, Sump Pump and our custom crawl space door as a finishing touch. Jennifer H. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she had noticed cracks in her drywall and around her doors and also her doors were sticking and hard to open. Randy Johnson, our inspector, went out and suggested our smart jack system for the repairs. Anthony Futrell and he crew went out and installed the smart jacks with the supplemental beam to close the cracks in the drywall and to fix the doors so they would close properly without sticking.
Robert D. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had settling piers under his home. Josh Speckhart went out for a free inspection and recommended our smart jacks systems for the repairs. Mr. Sauter contacted our office with concerns of hard wood flooring inside of home squeaking and buckling. Inspector Randy Johnson met with Mr. Sauter to examine the flooring issues. Upon his inspection it was determined that the flooring issue was stemming from high moisture and humidity in the crawlspace of the home making the hardwood flooring inside the home to buckle. Mr. Ricky Warren and his cleanspace crew installed a 10 mil vapor barrier system including a custom door, sealing all vents, silverglo insulation, wrapping piers, a sani dry dehumidifier, and a smat sump to pump water out from the crawlspace. Mr. Sauter is impressed with our system and our staff. Job Well Done!
Home owner called saying they had water seeping into their basement. Inspector Patrick Hannigan went and inspected the basement to see what the problem was. He recommended a super sump, water guard, and a lawnscape outlet. George Herring and his crew went and installed the materials and the customer was very satisfied with the work.
Craig. H contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he needed a vapor barrier in his crawlspace. Inspector Josh Speckhart went out for a free inspections and soon after Ricky Warren and his crew went out and removed all the debris from under the home and installed a cleanspace encapsulation system so that Craig H. would no longer have to worry about moisture under him home.

One of our inspectors went out there and told them they needed some smart jacks to raise the house up and help stabilize it so the floors and everything would be level. Tom D. of Wilmington was considering encapsulating his crawlspace after seeing his neighbor's newly encapsulated crawlspace. He planned to put new flooring in his home, and figured it was the perfect time to do it. He noticed that his crawlspace was damp and the insulation was in poor shape. After searching the web, he found Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair and called to get our expert opinion. We immediately sent one of our expert System Design Specialists to her home for a free inspection.
After the inspection, our System Design Specialist, Brannon, was able to show Tom exactly what was causing that dampness along with a few other issues. Tom's floors were cold during the winter, which means he had that cold winter air seeping through the crawlspace vents.

Crawl space encapsulation offers a peace of mind from dirty, humid, and wet crawlspaces. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier removed the moisture under the crawl space.
Homeowner's association called concerned about their sidewalks. Over time sections of the sidewalk had sunk leaving steps between the sections and therefore creating trip hazards for the residents.
Concrete system designer Jeremie Gunn met on site to evaluate the issues and designed a plan for repair. A team of concrete lifting technicians were scheduled and lifted all the areas of concern in just one day. Upon follow up after the job, the customer had to say: "Fantastic job. The crew was knowledgeable and helpful."
After inspecting this Wilmington, NC homeowner's crawl space, one of our crawl space repair specialists recommended a permanent solution. There was a lot of moisture in the space, which was causing problems upstairs.
For this problem, our crawl space repair crew removed all mold and water-damaged debris and sprayed mold solution throughout. The crawl space walls were insulated, the rim joists were sealed, and a vapor barrier was fastened over the insulated walls and dirt floor. To remove water from the crawl space and away from the house, a sump pump system was installed.
