The Rand Family contacted our office with concerns of interior sheetrock cracks and also unlevel floors. Upon our inspection we advised of pier settlement under the home and also water issues in the crawlspace. Mr. Anthony Futrell and his foundation crew installed 18 smart jacks, 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier, sump pump with exterior drainage, removed moldy fiberglass insulation and a dehumidifier. Randy found that indeed the water was seeping though the walls and that the best solution to fix the crawl space would be to install SmartPipe and a CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
