Jack called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the floors of his home had started to sag due to rotted wood that had been caused by high moisture in the crawl space of the home. We were able to help Jack by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System and SmartJack System. The SmartJack System is as a supplemental column support where an existing column and pier foundation had settled. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System works by completely isolating the crawl space from the earths floor, by doing so we are able to dramatically reduce the humidity and moisture level preventing mold and rotting wood.
