Mrs. B called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about having an inspection of her existing vapor barrier that was damaged from Hurricane Matthew. She stated that she had standing water on the current vapor barrier and that the crawl space could possible have mold.
Solution
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannagan met with Mrs. B to inspect the crawl space. Mr. Hannagan found a vapor barrier that was completely destroyed and there was indeed standing water in the crawl space. There was mold present in the home. Mr. Hannagan suggested Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Clean Space System to be installed along with Clean Space Drainage Matting, Silverglow, SaniDry CX, Smart Sump along with Mold X Neutralizer to neutralize the mold under the home.
