Charles contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about a rental home in Grifton , NC. The home had started to experience cracks on both the outside and inside of the home and Charles wanted to know how the cracks could be fixed.

Solution

Chris found that the home was suffering from rotting wood and the wood beams in the home started to give, due to settling of the home.
