Mr. Ando contacted our office concerned with mold and moisture issues in his crawlspace.

Solution

Inspector Graham Moore inspected the crawlspace of the home. He advised severe moisture and humidity issues. Dead rodents and droppings were noted as well as mold on the wood work under home. Our cleanspace crew ran by Mr. Ricky Warren installed a 20 mil cleanspace vapor barrier system including sealing crawlspace vents, custom crawlspace door, sani dry cx dehumidifier, wireless hygrometer, sprayed mold x for mold remediation, and a smart sump to pump water out of the crawlspace.
