Crawl Space Products Case Studies: Malone Crawlspace Repair

Challenge

Mr. Malone contacted our company with concerns of moisture and fugal growth in the crawlspace of his home.

Solution

Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Mr. Malone to fulfill a full crawlspace inspection. Mr. Hannigan noted fungal-mold growth on wood work under home, falling insulation and high moisture readings. Our cleanspace crew directed by Mr. Ricky Warren installed for Mr. Malone a 10 mil cleanspace vapor barrier, sealed all crawspace vents, removed old insulation, sani dry dehumidifier, and a sump pump to help pump out water from crawlspace. Mr. Malone never realized how bad of shape his crawslpace was in or what his family was breathing in on the inside of their home. He is very happy and impressed with his new vapor barrier system.
