Your warranty was a large part of the reason we chose your company. We are very happy with the work, extremely dissapointed we still don't have the warranty paperwork. If we'd realized you weren't going to provide it we wouldn't have hired you, or would have held back part of the payment until we had full warrantly paperwork as promised by our sales representative it in hand.
