Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Installing EZ Flow and Crawl Space Encapsulation System in Aberdeen, NC

Challenge

Derek contacted Southeast Foundation and crawlspace repair due to having water entering the crawlspace of his Aberdeen, NC home from the foundation walls. Southeast Foundation and crawlspace repair inspector Austin T met with Derek to go over the issues to find the best solution for his problems.

Solution

Austin found that the foundation walls were allowing water into the crawlspace which can have a devastating effect by allowing mold growth, mildew, and wood rot. Our crew installed first the EZ Flow System around the perimeter of the foundation walls to catch the water entering the crawlspace and be redirected to the sump pump system and out of the home. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System consisting of the 10 mil CleanSpace liner, SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the foundation walls to insulate the crawlspace, the Sedona dehumidifier, and the sump pump system to keep the crawlspace nice and dry.
