Challenge

Home owner in Kitrell, NC was having water and moisture issues in the crawlspace of home. Wanted to find a permanant solution for the life of his home.

Solution

Inspector Graham Moore met with the home owner and did an overall inspection of the crawlspace. He advised home owner that he had falling insulation and high moisture and humidity under home. We proposed installing a 10 mil cleanspace system, sealing air vents, installing a sani dry dehumidifier with outside drainage. Our cleanspace crew ran by Mr. Ricky Warren installed the cleanspace vapor barrier system with dehumidifier. Customer has noticed a change in the feel of the inside of the home already. Not as humid and smells alot better. Home owner is very satisfied with the outcome and even more happy with the warranty for years to come.
