Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Push Piers and EZ Flo
Challenge
Home owner contacted our office concerned with interior and exterior wall cracks.
Solution
Inspector Randy Johnson met with the home owner and observed the cracks on the foundation walls of the home. He advised that our push pier system would raise the foundation back into place to close up the cracks in the foundation walls. Along with the push pier system for exterior cracks he also advised that our EZ flo system for his crawlspace would help keep water away from the foundation to help preventt future settlement. Mr. George Herring and his crewman installed push piers under the foundation of the home in the settled areas andalso installed EZ Flo in the crawlspace. Home owner was pleased with the results and more happy to he does not need to worry about future issues.
