Challenge
Home owner had a home inspection done and the inspector told her she had settlement issues.
Solution
The home owner called the office and our office staff set him up with an appointment to meet with our inspector Mr. Josh Speckhart. Josh recommended the home owner have some smart jacks installed along with some supplemental beam to fix his settlement issues. Mr. George Herring and his crew did this job and when they where done the home owner was very satisfied.
