Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Quinn Crawlspace Repairs

Mrs. Quinn contacted our office concerned with flooring being "off" unlevel inside of her home.

Solution

Inspector Patrick Hannigan completed a full crawlspace inspection of her home and also viewed the flooring issues on the inside of the home. His inspection revealed broken floor joists under the home as well as settled piers, moisture damaged wood, broken air duct and also rodents. Our Cleanspace crew ran by Mr. Ricky Warren installed for Mrs. Quinn a 20 mil cleanspace vapor barrier, sani dry dehumidifier to keep humidity under control, a smart sump to pump water out of the crawlspace, smart jacks to bring floor back to level, and repaired all rotten-broken wood. Mrs. Quinn is very pleased with the repairs and never had any idea that her crawlspace was in such bad shape.
