Challenge

Daniel contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about part of the crawl space that the joists had been damaged by termites and to see how much it would be to lay down a vapor barrier under the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspectior Patrick Hannigan met with Daniel to go over the best solution to fix the home. We had two crews assist with fixing Daniel's home. Our first crew lead by Anthony Futrell replaced the floor joist of the home to get rid of the termite damage. Our second crew lead by Cornelius Lamb installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner,
