Challenge

James contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of company trucks because he was having a sagging floor issue along with a mold issue in the crawl space of his home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with James to find out what was causing the floor of the home to sag. Patrick found that the crawl space had a high content of moisture that the wood of the home had absorbed and also the had a mold issue on the wood and the insulation between the floor joist. Two of our finest crew installed Smart Jacks in the crawl space to stabilize the floors of the home along with removing the molded insulation and installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System to prevent any future problems from arising. James is happy with the job that we did to fix the problems with his home.
