Solution

Justin found that the homes problem stemed from high moisture damage in the crawl space of the home. Our crew installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifer. With our CleanSpace Encapsulation System we where able to dry out the wood of the home before we go back to the home to install SmartJack to fix the cracks of the home that had started to sag due to the high moisture levels.
