Challenge

Home owner contacted our company advising that she was having water issues in her basement and had been mopping up water for some time. Wanted a resolution from a local and dependable company.

Solution

Inspector Patrick Hannigan met with the home owner to look at the basement water issues. He advised home owner that we could install a waterguard perimeter system with a sump pump to help prevent future water issues. Mr. George Herring and his crew installed a waterguard system around all permiter basement walls including a sump pump to pump water out of the system to the outside of the home. Home owner is very happy with the results and happy that she was able to work with a local company.
