Challenge

Hannah contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after having water in the basement of her home after a rain storm and there were also interior wall cracks of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Hannah to address the water in the basement and the cracks in the wall issues that the home was experiencing. Our crew lead by George Herring installed our WaterGuard System to address the water in the basement issue. The interior wall crack in the home were caused by the home settling, so with our Push Pier System we where able to stabilize the home so that the home would no longer settle. Hannah is thrilled with the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.
