Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jesse with his basement flooding with the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is specially designed piping system specifically engineered to be an efficient, long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system unlike traditional clay or plastic system. BEFORE the rain water would enter the basement from the outside door that would gather up and flow into the basement.

AFTER SEFR installed the TrenchDrain System by the door to stop incoming water from the outside from entering the basement.
