Elliot contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawlspace Repair due to excessive moisture in the crawlspace which had caused cupping to the hardwood floors of his Pembroke, NC home. Southeast Foundation and crawlspace repair inspector Larry E Met with Elliot to go over the crawlspace to find the best solution for his issues.

Solution

Our crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. They removed the old insulation from the flooring system. They then installed the Silverglo insulation panels along the foundation walls making it more like the rest of the home. They then installed drainage matting over the earth's ground, and liner over the earth's ground, and drainage matting going up the foundation walls and around the pairing system. They then installed the Sedona dehumidifier and Smart Sump pump system to keep the crawlspace nice and dry.
