Mr. James S. contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair in September of 2015 regarding his crawlspace. There was rotten floor joist and mold inside of the crawlspace due to the high moisture content.
Solution
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went to the home in Novemeber of 2015 and spray the crawlspace with mold x, installed a encapsulation with a 10 mil liner, silverglo, sani dry dehumidifier, and smart sump to remove the moisture. The company also installed smart jacks assemblies and replaced the main beam and wood in the crawlspace to help support the floor better.
