Crawl Space Repair Case Studies: Making a Wet Crawl Space Dry in Hope Mills, NC

A Hope Mills homeowner called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because his home sits at the bottom of the hill and when it rained the crawl space would become flooded. He has previously had french drains installed but it had not help with the problem and he wanted to inquire about having the crawl space encapsulated.
Solution
Our home inspector Graham Moore met with the homeowner to go over his problems with his crawl space. Mr. Moore suggested that Mr. Jenkins have his crawl space encapsulated with 20 Mil Clean Space Liner, Drainage Matting, crawl space vent sealed, SilverGlow Wall Insulation, SaniDry CX Dehumidification System, Smart Sump to pump out any water that might penetrate the crawl space and install a Crawl Space Access Turtl for easier access. he is happy to have his crawl space clean and dry!
