Challenge

Mary called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she was looking to have her crawl space encapsulated to address the mold issues and the falling insulation removed.

Solution

Our Home Inspector Graham Moore met with Mary to discuss her issues. Graham suggested that Mary have our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed and the debris removed. The system included a dehumidifier, SaniDry CX, a Smart Sump, and a custom built door. Mary is happy to have a clean, dry crawl space.
