Solution

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair's home inspector Justin Edwards met with David involving his high moisture issues under his home. Justin suggested to David that he would benefit from Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Crawl Space encapsulation. We installed David's encapsulation with ease, removing the damp and moldy insulation, removing debris under the home, adding our 10 ml Clean Space Liner, a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier, a Smart Sump Pump and treating the wood under the home with Mold-X Neutralizer to remove any mold growing under the home. David is now happy to have a clean, mold free crawl space.
