Challenge

Bob and Linda contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned that there was 3-4 inches of water in the crawl space and would like to see about having an encapsulation and replacing some floor joist.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with Bob and Linda to go over the best solution of getting rid of the standing water and have a nice dry crawl space. Our crew led by Larry Eldridge encapsulated to the home with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and had a few floor joist replaced. Bob and Linda are happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did.

BEFORE the home had a clear plastic liner put done but the home still experienced problems of standing water and falling insulation.

BEFORE falling insulation on top of the clear plastic that the home owner previously had.

AFTER Silverglo and Clean Space liner got rid of the standing water in the crawl space.

AFTER completed CleanSpace Encapsulation System with our SilverGlo and 10 mil CleanSpace Liner.
