Christian contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about hardwood floors that he had installed that had started to cupping. He had an assessment from a contractor that indicated that there was high moisture levels in the subfloor coming from the crawl space and that it needed to be address and fixed.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Christian to go over the best solution to lower the moisture level in the crawl space to protect the beautful hardwood floors that he had installed. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which included our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX and a Everlast Crawl Space Door. Christian is happy to have lowered the moisture levels in the crawl space to fix the hardwood floors of the home.
