Chuck contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting an inspection of his home due to high moisture levels causing mold growth. He wanted a perminate solution to get rid of the mold and to keep it away.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Chuck to go over the best solution to get rid of the high moisture levels that mold thrives on. Our crew lead by Cornelius Lamb installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space of the home, using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and a Custom Built Door. Chuck is happy to have finally found a solution to take care of his mold problem once and for all.

BEFORE a thin plastic liner only covering parts of the crawl space didn't prevent mold growth in this crawl space.

AFTER our SmartSump sump pump hard at work getting rid of any moisture in this crawl space.

AFTER with SilverGlo on the walls and 10 mil CleanSpace liner on the ground we are able to get rid of any moisture entering the crawl space.
