Danny contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he could see that he had a moisture issue under the home because he could see old on the wood under the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Danny to go over the best way to get rid of the mold issue using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System in the crawl space of the home. Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, EZ Flow, SaniDry CX, and a SuperSump sump pump. Danny is extremely happy to be rid of the mold and have a nice clean crawl space.
