Challenge

David contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about his crawl space that was affecting the bathroom and all of the hardwood floors though out his home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with David to go over the best solution to fix the home and hardwood floors. Randy found that the high moisture content in the home had started to affect the hardwood floors of the home and that the best solution would be to encapsulate the space and lower the moisture level. Our crew lead by Cornelius Lamb installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace liner, SilverGlo, SaniDry CX, SmartSump and replaced the old crawl space door with a custom one. David is ecstatic to have the floors of the home fixed by our CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
