Gay contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing some research online about crawl space issues. Gay was having crawl space issues from standing water in the space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Gay to go over the standing water issue. It was found that Gay had a leaking pipe that had caused damage under the home creating high moisture levels and was starting to show sign of mold growth. Our crew lead by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System after the pipe had been fixed to dry out the crawl space and control the moisture level in the crawl space. Gay is extremely pleased with the work and feels rest assured that his home is done right the first time.

BEFORE the crawl space was used a extra storage.

BEFORE in the back of the crawl space there was a busted pipe that had cause that area of the crawl space to flood creating a higher moisture level then what was safe for the home.

AFTER SilverGlo and 20 mil CleanSpace Liner installed in the crawl space to protect it.
