George contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after his crawl space had been flooded during Hurricane Matthew. He wanted for Southeast to come out to his home and let him know what kind of damage the storm had done to the crawl space of the home and how much a sump pump system would cost.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with George to go over the damage that he had in the crawl space of the home. Even though the crawl space had a black liner in the space, it wasn't enough to keep the crawl space from flooding. Our crew lead by Jason Hines installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, 2 SmartSumps, a Sanidry CX and a custom crawl space door. George is happy with the work that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to the crawl space of the home.

BEFORE the black plastic liner that was previously installed in the crawl space of the home.

AFTER the store them home owner had to replace several items in the crawl space like a new HVAC unit due to damage. The previous liner did nothing to keep the water out damaging the previous HVAC unit.
