James contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about cracks that had formed on the exterior of the home.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Randy Johnson met with James to go over the best solution to fix the problems of the home. James home needed 5 Push Piers to stablize the home from sinking. James also decided to go ahead and invest the money in having the crawl space encapsulated with our CleanSpace Encapsulation System as he saw it as a good investment for the future of the home. James is happy that he went with Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to not only fix the exterior crack of the home but to keep the home nice and healthy for years to come.

BEFORE the crawl space started to show signs of water damage.

BEFORE the crawl space had nothing on the ground to protect the home from moisture and water damage.

BEFORE cracks on the exterior of the home.

AFTER our CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner and SilverGlo.

AFTER the Push Pier System was used to lift the home and to stabilize it, the crew mortared the crack of the home.

AFTER the SumpPump and SaniDry CX installed along with our SilverGlo and 10 mil CleanSpace Liner.
