Bill with a dental office in Faison, NC contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as they had just had new floors installed in the office and was interested in having a vapor barrier installed,

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Bill to go over how our CleanSpace Encapsulation System would help the crawl space of the dental office after having new hardwood floors installed. With the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to dry out the crawl space from water vapor that could of caused the new hardwood floors to buckle. Bill and everyone and the office are glad that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did an excellent job with their office.

BEFORE The crawl space of the home had a thin plastic vapor barrier installed that did nothing to keep the water vapor our of the crawl space causing high humidity.

AFTER the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed that keeps unwanted water vapor and mold and mildew our of the crawl space.

AFTER our SaniDry CX and SmartSump was installed in the crawl space of the dental center keeping the area nice and dry.
