Janet's crawl space had several problems that where causing her concern. The insulation in her home had started to fall, she had noticed what look like mold growth on the floor joist of the crawl space and rotting wood in parts of the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to fix the home with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using our 20 mil CleanSpace Crawl Space Liner, installed a SmartSump Sump Pump System, SaniDry CX Dehumidification System and sprayed the Mold-X to get rid of the mold within the crawl space.
