Challenge

The insulation of the home in Swansquarter, NC had started to fall and Jim was concerned about the underlying issue causing the insulation to fall.

Solution

SEFR inspector Randy Johnson met with Jim to go over the crawl space and find the cause of his problems. Randy found that the insulation in the crawl space had started to fall due to high moisture levels in the crawl space and he recommended having the crawl space sealed with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Our crew led by Jason Hines installed out CleanSpace System in April 2017. Jim is happy that he called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for her repairs.
