Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Katherine with getting rid of standing water in the crawl space of her home by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System completely seals off the crawl space of the home protecting the home from outside element and ground seepage into the crawl space. The dehumidifier and the SmartSump Sump Pump System keeps the crawl space dry by eliminating the water vapor from the crawl space. BEFORE the crawl space of the home had a thin plastic liner in the crawl space, however it did nothing to keep the crawl space from have standing water in it.

BEFORE an old sump pump system that have previously been installed.
