Les contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because his home sits at the lowest point in the yard and the water would pool around the foundation causing water to seep though the foundation walls into the crawl space.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Les to go over the crawl space and find the best solution for his problem. We installed our EZ Flow System in the crawl space to catch and remove the water before it can enter the crawl space. Then we encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SmartSump and installed a SaniDry CX.
