Dave contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home in Tarbor City, NC. The crawl space had high humidity and moisture and wanted the best solution to fix it.

Solution

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Mike Varano met with Dave to go over the crawl space of the home. Mike found that the crawl space did not have a vapor barrier installed and the high humidity and moisture issues were due to water entering the crawl space from the earth's ground. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System using the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump sump pump system.
