Lifting a Kitchen Floor in Clinton, NC

Billy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because he had previous work done to fix his problem of sagging floors in his kitchen. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Billy and found that the jacks that were previously used were failing and could not handle the weight load that the home was puting on them. Our crew, led by Jason Hines, replaced 24 sister joist, because they had rotted, and installed 2 SmartJacks and a Steel Beam to lift the floor back to level and stabilize the floor.
