Challenge

Home owner was having issues with interior floors dipping down about 1/2 an inch. Also had an interior wall crack above door in problem area. 

Solution

Inspector looked at home and advised that smart jacks and supplemental beam were needed in flooring area. Foundation crew installed 3 smart jacks and 8' of supplemental beam in problem area. We were able to lift the subfloor back into place perfectly like nothing ever happened. Home owner was very pleased.
