Challenge

Home owner called because she has interior and exterior cracks on her home. She was upset due to all the cracks she noticed on one entire side of her home.

Solution

Josh Speckhart with Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair went out to the home to do a free inspection and informed the home owner that we were sending pictures and information off to our engineer.  After receiving all of the engineering back Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair installed smart jacks, supplemental beams, and push piers to help fix the cracks throughout the home.
