Challenge
Hopemills NC home owner contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she had noticed hairline cracks in walls, creaking floors, and cracks where wall and ceiling meet.
Solution
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space sent out Randy Johnson for a free home inspection. After sending off pictures and information to our engineers we went out and installed smart jacks with supplemental beam to close cracks around ceiling and stop floors from creaking and cracking.
