Home owner in Wilmington NC called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because she was concerned about her crawlspace and foundation of her home. She could walk down the hallway and the floors and tiles were cracking over time.
Solution
Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair sent out and inspector and shortly after we installed smart jacks and supplemental beam to support the floors and keep the home owners tiles from cracking.
